CLBO

CLBO(硼酸銫鋰,CsLiB6O10)是一種新型的非線性晶體。它的透明光譜范圍寬(175~2800nm),非線性系數高,是KDP的2.2倍,離散角小。激光破壞閥值高,達26GW/cm2,倍頻轉換效率達60%(SHG)。

可以在室溫工作,很適合Nd:YAG激光器產生4w(266nm)和5w(213nm)倍頻光輸出。可用于紫外參量振蕩(OPG)和參量放大(OPA)。
